Artwork + Copyright

All artwork, images, photographs, designs, text, and other creative content displayed on this website are the property of Ashley K. Elliott Art unless otherwise noted and are protected by applicable copyright laws.

The purchase of an original painting or commissioned artwork transfers ownership of the physical artwork only. Copyright and reproduction rights remain with the artist. Artwork may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, used commercially, or otherwise replicated without prior written permission.

Ashley K. Elliott Art reserves the right to photograph completed artwork, including commissioned pieces, and use those images for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, print, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Original Artwork

Because each piece is original and handmade, slight variations, textures, visible brushwork, and other characteristics are part of the artwork and are not considered defects.

Colors may also appear differently depending on screen settings, lighting, and photography.

Commissions

Commissioned artwork is created based on the information, inspiration, photographs, colors, and general direction provided by the client. By commissioning a piece, the client understands that the finished artwork will reflect the artist’s individual style and interpretation.

Reference images are used as inspiration and do not guarantee an exact reproduction.

Commission availability, pricing, payment schedules, timelines, revisions, shipping, and other project-specific terms will be communicated prior to beginning the artwork.

Returns + Cancellations

Due to the original and handmade nature of the artwork, all sales of original and commissioned pieces are final unless otherwise stated.

Commission payments reserve time on the artist’s schedule and may be non-refundable once work has begun.

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact Ashley K. Elliott Art promptly and retain all original packaging and photographs of the damage so the issue can be reviewed.

Shipping + Local Pickup

Shipping costs are calculated separately when applicable and may vary depending on artwork size, packaging requirements, destination, and insurance.

Ashley K. Elliott Art takes care to package artwork appropriately for transportation. Any specific shipping, delivery, or local pickup arrangements will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Privacy

Information submitted through this website, including your name, email address, shipping information, and commission inquiry details, will be used only as necessary to respond to inquiries, fulfill orders, provide requested services, and communicate with you.

Payment information may be processed through third-party payment providers and is subject to their respective privacy and security policies.
